Great location for getting around easily and friendly staff who spoke English. The free wifi was good and the hot shower was great. We also appreciated the kitchenette in the room.
The cleanliness could have been better, we found dead insects in the room. The breakfast wasn't up to our expectations and we had to pay for it even though we were told it was included.

the hotel was right beside the tram line which made access to the city very easy room was a good size for the amount of people that were in my group staff were very helpfull and polite
the only problem was that the toilet was a bit unpleasent due to the smell, but the real problem was that every one in france goes on their holidays during the first two weeks of august which meant that a lot of the restaurants were closed. including the hotel. this did not stop us having a good time on our vacation. bordeaux is a wonderfull city.

The hotel's location on the Saint Auguston tram line is incredibly convenient, especially for those arriving at Bordeaux's Gare Saint Jean train station. The easy access to public transportation makes it simple to explore the city and visit popular attractions. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are attentive and helpful, providing valuable information about tram times and making guests feel welcome throughout their stay. Lastly, the rooms, particularly those with a terrace overlooking the hotel's garden, offer a pleasant and peaceful setting for a relaxing stay.
All in all, everything was satisfactory during my stay.

Convenient Location, Good Value, Friendly Staff Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and had a generally pleasant stay. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area, with public transport links nearby. the room was good value for the price paid, with a spacious layout and clean facilities. the staff were also friendly and attentive. One highlight was the breakfast, which offered a good variety of options to start the day off right.
Outdated Decor, Limited Amenities there were some downsides. the decor was quite outdated and could use some modernization.

Clean and spacious room and bathroom.
The hotel uses time delay light switches in coridors, which are not always easy to find, movement activated light switches would be more convenient when you are carrying luggage. Cost of car parking and breakfast is expensive compared to the cost of the room. Internet connection should be free.

There is only one good thing about this hotel - it is close to the hospital. Rooms are tired, not very clean, food is over priced for the quality. Do not use this hotel if you do not have to. Even the campanile nearby is much much better.
Over priced, poor quality rooms and food, nothing good to say about it. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and spoke English well. We also loved how conveniently located this hotel was; it was easy to get to and from the tram stop, which took us straight into the heart of the city. Additionally, the parking facilities were great, which made our visit stress-free.
Nothing not to like.

Friendly staff. Clean beds. Great price. On the tram line A but there was a strike which did not help.
WiFi not working throughout stay which is unacceptable in 2016. No shower gel provided. They ran out of draft beer despite lots of football supporters being present. Very strange.
